Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in incident investigations.
- Operate machinery and conduct quality checks to meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot minor issues and make adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain a professional work environment and pack products securely.
- Assist in machinery maintenance and repairs.
- Manage recycling and disposal of non-conforming materials.
- Complete production documents accurately and on time.
- Follow job specifications to minimize scrap and improve delivery times.
- Proficiency in English with basic math skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Ability to wear required PPE, including safety shoes, glasses, and gloves.
- Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Familiarity with machine operation is a plus.
