As our Maintenance Technician, you will provide high quality service to our residents, joining a team of outstanding team members with a commitment to excellence. You will hold yourself to a high set of standards, demonstrate a positive, service-minded demeanor, and successfully manage multiple shifting priorities. You will be responsible for the routine maintenance of the physical integrity of the community, including daily pickup of grounds, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will be our go-to person to ensure our residents are taken care of in the event of an emergency.
We are embracing technology in how we serve our communities. All of our Maintenance Technicians receive work orders on our Maintenance Mobile App. You will be provided a stipend for your use of your personal smartphone to stay connected with us and process through your work orders.
