CREDENTIALS: High School Diploma or GED. Experience working with children, gardening, food and Fann to School a plus.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Should have proven experience in farming. Should possess a strong knowledge of sustainable fanning practices. Must be able to work independently and as a part of a team. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Physical activities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, digging, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion. Must have good balance and coordination. Physical requirements of this position arc exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 25 lbs. of force frequently
