The Special Projects Coordinator will play a key role in the success of Mullins by driving operational efficiency through the development, support, and execution of various special projects. Act as the Procore Admin with duties including project set up, documentation control, etc.
Support the process of evaluating and implementing business technology solutions and processes.
Demonstrate innovation by identifying opportunities for further efficiency.
Update or develop detailed process documentation.
Provide process and system training as needed.
Support the implementation of Procore by monitoring usage, documenting processes, maintaining data accuracy, etc.
Collaborate with management to identify key metrics and support the development of reports and tracking mechanisms for these.

Qualifications

Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Meticulous and self-motivated
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Experience in the construction industry preferred
