We are a family-friendly company looking for an experienced Shipping Clerk to join our Shipping Department. This is a full-time position offering benefits, sick time and vacation time. The workdays are Monday – Friday 8:30 - AM - close (typically 6 - 6:30PM).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

· Package product and put it in crates

· Create FedEx labels

· Create bills of lading

· Data input

· Keep track of inventory

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Basic computer skills and experience with Excel

· Must be able to read and write English

· Ability to use tools such as a table saw, skill saw, drill and tape measurer

· Must be able to stand 80% of the work day and sit 20% of the work day

· Must be able to lift 100 pounds alone

· Must be able to manipulate product 200 pounds or more using teamwork and leverage

PREFERRED SKILLS

· Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

· One year of experience operating forklift
