MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and its local client, Resonac, are NOW HIRING Shipping Associate in the Greensburg, Indiana, area!

$15.00 / hour

Shifts: 2nd, 2:30PM – 11:00PM, Monday – Friday

**Must be willing and available to work OVERTIME as needed on Saturdays & Sundays**

Shipping Associates are responsible for quality control, tracking, transporting, and packaging order items for distribution. Shipping Associates are highly organized, detail oriented, and observant.

Job duties:

• Logs all processing information and data with accuracy and full detail
• Completes tasks according to standardized work processes, quality goals, and manufacturing schedules
• Maintains the good working condition of equipment and tools
• Promotes teamwork and safety in the warehouse
• Pack parts into totes and shipping containers
• Creates labels for shipping containers
• Custom crating, packing, and unpacking of products.
• Communicates daily with supervisor and production.
• Prepares shipping paperwork.
• Ensures all finished material is counted and placed in proper location.

Skills & requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred
• Basic math, reading, and comprehension skills
• Must be dependable & reliable
• Must pass drug screen and background check
• E-Verify employer

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to stand 8 hours per day
• Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk for prolonged periods, climb, reach, crouch, operate a pallet jack, and perform repetitive movements with upper and lower extremities.

Work environment:

• Industrial facility
• temperature controlled environment

Dress code:

• Blue jeans or work pants, MS-IL t-shirt, safety glasses, steel toed shoes
