Your responsibilities include developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs to mitigate risks, fostering a culture of compliance, conducting audits and investigations, providing compliance training, and serving as a liaison with regulatory agencies. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success and reputation for excellence in patient care.

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration, and/or legal studies, required.
- Masters, preferred.
- 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance within medical practices, required.
- Certification in healthcare compliance, required.
- Current understanding of healthcare laws and regulations: HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, Anti-Kickback statute and Stark Law.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and influence staff at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in using compliance software, tracking tools and report creation, required.
