Director of Operations - What you'll do:
•Plan, direct and evaluate day-to-day operational processes of the health center.
•Mentor, coach, and empower direct reports and other staff members to take responsibility for their jobs and develop them for professional growth opportunities.
•Collaborate with senior leaders in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
•Maximize efficiency through process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
•Build and maintain relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
•Monitor service line growth and recommend strategies based on operational data and market needs and trends.
•Monitor expense management in alignment with patient volumes and revenue generation.
What we're looking for:
•Master's Degree and/or RN Degree
•10 years of leadership experience in healthcare setting, preferably in an ambulatory or community health setting
