VETERINARY TECHNICIAN – SURGERY/ANESTHESIA

We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician with Surgery and Anesthesia experience who is patient-focused, has excellent communication skills, and embodies our core values to join our non-corporate Primary Care, Emergency, and Specialty hospital. With over 12 Specialty Departments, our Anesthesia Veterinary Technicians play a crucial role in assisting our Patients with sedation, anesthesia, surgery preparation, and post-surgery recovery!

Mount Laurel Animal Hospital offers numerous specialties including Avian & Exotics, Neurology, Oncology, Critical Care, Specialty Surgery, Behavioral Medicine, Ophthalmology, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Anesthesiology, Clinical Pathology, and Rehabilitation!

We are well staffed with 200 support staff and highly trained veterinary technicians, including several veterinary technician specialists spanning multiple specialties, such as Anesthesia, Diagnostic Imaging, Dentistry, Emergency and Critical Care, and Exotics. Our Animal Hospital is extremely dedicated to the career growth of our employees, and we have set attainable goals that when accomplished, will lead to an increase in compensation and responsibilities!

We are fully equipped with a 64 Slice CT scanner, 1.5 Tesla MRI, C-Arm machine, endoscopic equipment, a fully integrated in-house laboratory, advanced and minimally invasive surgical suites, ultrasound, digital radiography, therapy laser, surgical laser, oxygen cages, chemotherapy hood, and fully stocked pharmacy.

Our veterinary hospital is located in Mount Laurel, NJ which is a convenient 20-25 minute commute from Philadelphia. We are located 1 hour from New York City and the New Jersey shore towns, making our area an excellent choice for work and play!
