Description:

The Senior Applications Engineer – New Business Intake and Conflicts acts as IT owner of several applications and platforms owned by the firm’s Conflicts and Intake team. These include IntApp Conflicts, Intake, Walls and Terms, integrations, mobility,etc

Responsibilities:

• IT owner of applications supporting the risk and compliance activities of the firm. In particular, IntApp Conflicts, Intake, Walls, and Terms
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of workflows and processes tied to new business intake and conflicts activities
• Build, maintain and advance a strong relationship with IntApp in order to have them provide product features and bug fixes we want in order to advance the systems and their value

Proficiencies:

• Possess strong communication, organization, negotiation, critical thinking, and leadership skills, as well as exceptional customer service and collaboration abilities
• Advanced knowledge of multi-tier architecture including servers, databases, proxies, load balancing, trust/access rights, certificates, and integrations
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server including IIS, services, scheduled tasks, logging, and configurations

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years’ IntApp Conflicts, Intake, Walls, and Terms experience and equivalent working with risk and compliance solutions
• At least 7 years’ of information technology experience
• At least 5 years’ experience working with and supporting enterprise platforms
