Contract Length: 18 months

Hybrid Work Schedule - 2 days/week on-site in the following locations:

Reno, NV | Los Angeles | Mountain View, CA | Plano, TX

• Ability to use instructional design software specifically Storyline and Rise Knowledge of adult learning theories and ID Models ex: ADDIE
• Prior knowledge of training development
• Write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts and video scripts Interacts with subject matter experts to create training experiences
• Familiarity with LMS Project Management
• Complete multiple projects with competing priorities
• Multi-Tasking / Allocating time to and task tracking
• Communication / Clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas Influencing across business i.e. stakeholders
• Collaboration

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in HR training, education, communication, English, technical writing or any discipline requiring mastery of oral and written communication skills Intermediate skill level of Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) Certificate in Instructional Design Experience with Financial Services and Risk Methodology Google Suite preferred or Microsoft Office.
