This role will require visits to people needing services in their homes and communities. The Direct Care Worker will coordinate their visits based on the needs of the individual(s) they will be serving and their availability to work.Compensation is a minimum of $15.75 per hour, with the potential to earn upwards of $50 per hour.You can provide services in small groups or 1:1 with the ability to coordinate multiple visits per day based on your availability and the needs of the people needing services. Mosaic provides training and support to help you build a schedule that fits your lifestyle.The responsibilities of a Direct Care Worker involves a wide range of tasks supporting people with intellectual disabilities; including educational assistance with activities of daily living household care, supported decision making, community integration and interaction building independence and social skills.
