Roles & Responsibilities:
•Reconcile warranty receivables
•Post credits
•Verify the criteria required by the manufacturer under their policies
•Follow up on outstanding claims and resubmit any claims that have been rejected in a timely manner
•Stay well informed on all of the manufacturer warranty policies and procedures and to be aware of all changes

What You Offer:
•CDK system experience is preferred
•At least 1 year in the Automotive Industry
•High School diploma or equivalent
