The Primary Therapist provides and oversees individual treatment services as required by the company for each resident assigned to the therapist. The successful delivery of these responsibilities of clinical is key to the success of the treatment facility.
Manage a case load of up to 4 adolescents and families
? Conduct up to 3-5 individual and one family sessions per week
? Consistent communication with family members scheduling weekly family sessions with client and without client
? Conduct intake, assessment and treatment planning
? Conduct case management with outside medical, educational and if applicable legal team
? Utilize supervisory feedback to improve performance
? Collaborate with interns
? Attend staff, training and supervision meetings
