Salary: $67,050 - $83,000 Annual Salary (DOE)

Your Mission:

• Innovate & Optimize: Collaborate with Engineering and Production to design and implement game-changing manufacturing processes.
• Document Excellence: Craft clear and concise work instructions to streamline operations.
• Lead the Charge: Take the reins on product and process development, from design to implementation.
• Empower Teams: Train operators and provide invaluable technical assistance across departments.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion our commitment to quality, safety, and performance excellence.

Qualifications:

• Educational Prowess: BS degree in Materials Science, Ceramics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering—or 5 years of hands-on ceramic materials experience.
• Project Management Pro: Certification is a plus!

Experience & Skills:

• Manufacturing Maven: 2 years in manufacturing, with a focus on metallization, materials science, and assembly.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Solidworks, with knowledge of lean manufacturing and six-sigma principles.
• Detail-Oriented: Familiarity with ASME Y14.5, metrology, and geometric dimensioning.
• Machining Maestro: Experience with MasterCAM programming and ceramics machining is a bonus!
