Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-General office work including form preparation, copying, scanning, including some data input
-Make deliveries on campus
-Accurately complete/ submit online time entry sheets.
-Develop and communicate changes to enhance routine office procedures.
-Train and assist other student employees on office procedures, database updating, and clerical duties.
-Develop and communicate changes to enhance routine office procedures.
-Work on continuous improvement and develop guidelines to enhance efficiency
-Provide support to the Director or Coordinator of the Eagle Scholars Program
Other Duties and Responsibilities
-Needs to be knowledgeable and efficient with university computer systems, websites, email, Facebook, and Twitter
-Basic understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft programs
-Reports to the Director or Coordinator of the Eagle Scholars Program
