Manager Operations MMG: Floater Position

As the Manager of Operations at Montefiore Medical Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our healthcare facility. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff members, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance patient care and optimize workflow. You will collaborate with various departments to maintain high-quality standards, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for budget management, resource allocation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations. Responsibilities:

* Manages the daily activities of a designated clinical function to ensure effective and cost-efficient health care services.

* Administers the budget, supervises staff, and develops business opportunities.

* Resolves all operational issues and complaints to promote patient satisfaction

* Operations Manager required to support practice operations, providing supplemental coverage, ensuring volume, utilization, engagement, and quality initiatives are met.

* Manager will serve as a member of the Medical Group's training and standardization departments.

* Providing support to new associates in development and learning opportunities, in addition to a role in ensuring uniformity in standard protocols across 20 practice locations.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30a-5:00p

Education: Masters Degree
