Job overview:

As a team member of Moniker Cocktail Company we emphasize the importance of relationships. “We are not in the food and drink business:we are in the people and relationship business.” We want our team members' approach and execution of hospitality to be as good if not better than their ability to create cocktails. You will be responsible for creating creative and original imbibes that exceed guests expectations and keep them coming back for more; all while creating a relaxing atmosphere that differentiates us from all the other bars in San Diego. 

Responsibilities include:

• Creating approachable and enticing cocktails consistently while remaining professional and efficient

• Opening, operating, and closing the bar including drink prep and cleaning.

• You treat the bar as your home and leave it cleaner than you left

• Welcoming guests and living our Moniker’s Core Values through guest experience

• Assisting in management duties such as inventory, menu curation, and maintaining bar cleanliness

• Curating an exceptional guest experience for customers at the bar

Requirements:

Mostly, we want to know that you can get this job done. This means, you have/are:

• Candidates that are teachable. If you feel you know everything about bartending this job is probably not for you

• 2 year minimum Bar Experience

• Must be 21 years old

• Must live locally in San Diego County (this is not remote)

• Must be RBS & Tips certified
