Job Details
Responsibilities
- Design exceptional user experiences and interfaces
- Translate requirements into sketches, wireframes, and prototypes
- Simplify complex workflows for enhanced user experience
- Conduct user, industry, and competitor research
- Develop product specifications, UI patterns, and style guides
- Collaborate on production files and documentation for developers
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and team meetings
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Mentor and support design team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Psychology, Graphic Design, or related field
- 5 years of experience in SaaS/web or mobile application design
- Proven enterprise-level design experience with EHR software, medical billing, or healthcare software
- Strong portfolio showcasing analytical and interaction design skills
- Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Expertise in accessibility and usability standards
- Experience with diverse user research techniques
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS3, JavaScript) and responsive web design
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- Experience in an Agile development environment with proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or other collaboration tools
- Team player with a positive attitude
