Molo Petroleum and Helen's Bakery have an opportunity to manage our food operations at our Godfather's Express.

Primary Responsibilities will include the following duties on a regular basis:

• Interviewing, onboarding, and ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
• Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Ensuring ongoing customers service expectation and handling complaints
• Organizing schedules including tracking of employees' hours
• Ordering food, linens, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitations
• Supervising daily shift operations
• Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous food management experience preferred.
• Basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service
• Must be able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously with clear written and oral communication
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
