Location: Addison, TX
Onsite 4 days every other week.

- Two years experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office suites, VPN, Exchange, iOS and Android Mobile Devices, TCP/IP printers and HP/Dell laptops and desktops.
- Prior call center experience, knowledge of ITIL and project management is preferred.
- Healthcare experience is a plus as well as an understanding of HIPAA and security protocols to protect PHI is a requirement. would be a nice to have. medical lingo would be potentially used.
- College graduate, equivalent certifications and/or work experience.
- A , MCP or MCSE desired.
- **General understanding of networking. conversing only.**
- Need experience with Password Resets
- General understanding of IP's, LAN's, WAN's and other networking responsibilities
- Medical lingo will be common from nurses, doctors and other staff - experience in healthcare industry preferred.
