Ruth Business Solutions is seeking a motivated and bilingual Insurance Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities:

· Evaluate and validate personal and commercial insurance coverage for clients (e.g., auto, home, business).

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele, fostering trust and exceeding expectations.

· Generate leads, prospect for new business, and achieve established sales goals.

· Process applications, handle renewals, and ensure accurate policy administration.

· Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and regulations.

Qualifications:

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 365.

· Must be Bilingual – Spanish & English

· Knowledge of AMS (Agency Management Systems) platforms.

· Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms.

· Current Property and Casualty Insurance License.

· Strong Organization.

· Teamwork.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
