Job Description:
- Support HR workflow automation initiatives, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
- Develop business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process workflows.
- Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and Scrum ceremonies using Azure DevOps.
- Conduct data analysis, document integration requirements, and perform impact assessments.
- Develop QA test plans, test cases, and test scenarios; lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, project managers, developers, and technical teams to deliver automation solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- State government or HR and payroll experience
- 6 years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and QA documentation.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, workflow automation, and functional documentation.
- Strong skills in data analysis, process mapping, testing, and Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred
CBAP or ISTQB certification.
