This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced engineering manager with a passion for technology to join a talented, multidisciplinary team supplying precision vacuum pressure measurement instruments to the semiconductor, medical, and industrial equipment markets. Key activities will include developing innovative products and leading a cross-functional team developing new sensors. This is an exciting, hands-on role with both individual-contributor content and people/project management responsibility. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Engineering Manager who can… Lead teams to develop and release innovative products delivering market advantages in performance, cost, and size. Investigate new sensor technologies and develop performance trade-off studies. Lead analysis of product performance limitations to identify root cause and develop designs to improve performance and reliability. Perform competitive benchmarking; work with Product Management to position competitive advantages and develop strategies to close any gaps. What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is: MSEE or higher in Engineering with 7 years of experience Extensive experience with precision mechanical assemblies and multidisciplinary products with a solid understanding of sensors, multiphysics modelling, and electro-mechanical systems. Experience with capacitance or thin film sensors, vacuum systems, or semiconductor capital equipment preferred Experience leading development of new technologies from concept through validation and qualification. Ability to logically work through technically challenging problem-solving activities and drive product performance to new levels Good understanding of manufacturing systems and documentation control, BOM structures, and ECO processes Must be self-motivated and have an intense customer focus Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
