We are looking for an exceptional CNC Machinist who will be responsible for operating CNC equipment to fabricate parts, load parts in machines, cycle machines, and detect malfunctions in machine operations such as worn or damaged tools. Will work on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative and understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions. Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and provide guidance to other nonexempt personnel. Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to management. Perform inspection of machined products included documentation of results. Maintain appropriate paperwork for various parts. What you will bring to the team, along with your creativity is: One to three years’ experience in a machine shop. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of higher mathematics involved in the application of engineering principles and the performance of related operations. Completion of a formal apprenticeship program. In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA), Hourly Pay Range: $14.81 - $27.50 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the salary range for this position, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or applicable].
