ONYX + ALABASTER is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Franklin, TN

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve goals. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing plan
  • Collaborate with other teams to promote all O A offerings
  • Execute marketing activities for lead generation
  • Promote (email, socials, event, print, etc.) products and services to existing clients and leads
  • Identify target audience for design services
  • Track and report performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Report monthly on Marketing goals and efforts with measurable KPIs
  • Update and maintain all assets for emails, website, SMS, social media, print, events, etc. 
  • Manage and implement social media content for Interior Design Market, Coffee Lounge, The LOFT
  • Manage multiple instagram, Houzz Pro and Pinterest accounts
  • Oversee and execute Interior Design Market visual assets, signage, and literature
  • Add marketing efforts to help increase sales in coffee lounge and The LOFT at O A
  • Update visual documents for client onboarding and experience
  • Make ongoing visual updates to website content

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years' experience in marketing
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Collaborative personality and team player
  • Automation and software savvy
  • High attention to detail
