Conduct individual supervisory conferences at least once a month with the goal of on-going support and evaluation of the case manager's work.
Review and approve progress notes, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and any other required reports ensuring they meet required standards.
Work closely with the Residential Supervisor of the other houses on campus to coordinate weekly team meetings, on-going training, team-building events, etc., and strategize how to utilize staff in the most effective way, especially if/when during times of staff shortages.
Ensure staff coverage of the Transitional Living Group Home at all times.
Maintain knowledge of current policies, procedures, and program expectations by reviewing them on a regular basis and attending pertinent training.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with other supervisors and coworkers and create a positive Christian work environment.
Qualifications Qualifications:
Master Degree with two years' residential experience preferred OR BSW or bachelor's degree in related field with two years' experience.
Excellent people skills, organizational skills, leadership/management skills.
Exhibits dependability.
Successful completion of any initial and recurrent training and/or certification required.
