We are looking for a Case Manager for our Pregnancy In-Home Services program. You will have the opportunity to work with adult pregnant women in a Christ-centered environment that is focused on making a difference in the lives of the clients we serve . Primary Position Responsibilities: Assist pregnant women with permanency planning and needed resources Conduct regular home visits Promote positive parenting and child development. Build rapport with service providers and clients Assist in marketing the program in the community Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated ability in the above required qualities Current, valid driver's license and ability to obtain MO Class E designation or equivalent Bachelor's degree in social work or related field with two years of experience Clear background check requirements.
