Fox Services is looking for a dynamic HVAC Install Coordinator to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU!

Essential Functions:

• Help with pulling permits needed on new installs.
• Assist with scheduling Quality control inspections after installs with homeowners.
• Permit closeout on new installs after quality control inspections.
• Assist with product registration and adding equipment to homeowner’s account.
• Assist with filing Austin Energy rebates for qualifying homeowners.
• Assisting in issuing Purchase orders to install crews and technicians as needed.
• Process Equipment records for Installs
• Process and file warranties with manufacturer
• Data entry for jobs
• Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
• Understand expense accounts and cost centers
• Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes (W-9, COI’s, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as Accounts Payable Clerk
• Solid Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Strong, accurate data entry skills including fast 10-key speed
• Hands-on experienced with spreadsheets and proprietary software· Proficiency in English and in MS Office
• High Degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to concentrate in a fast-paced atmosphere and meet deadlines
• High school equivalency required

Benefits:

• Schedule: 7a – 3:30/4p Monday - Friday
