Responsibilities What you get to do every day: * Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing computer systems. This includes the coordination of system development to include design, modeling, security, integration, and formal testing
* Contributes to completion of specific engineering programs and projects
* Develops solutions to a variety of complex engineering problems
* Perform complex systems design, development, and integration from the start of a systems life cycle to the end
* Oversees complex infrastructure including installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools
* Performs complex systems modeling, simulation, and analysis
* Prepares and maintains documentation for processes and procedures related to engineering projects
* Maintains current knowledge of rapidly changing technology Qualifications What skills do you need? Clearance: Active TS (SCI eligibility) clearance and eligibility to obtain a CI poly is required upon application for initial consideration * *This position is not open for any clearance upgrades or sponsorship.** Education/Experience: * Requires BA/BS or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience * 5 years of related systems engineering experience Required Skills: * Linux system administrator
