Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide professional customer service to our clients in a call center environment
• Collect necessary information and accurately input clients’ first notice of loss claim reports to then be assigned to a claims examiner
• Resolve basic claims inquiries and problems, judging when to pass complex requests on to management and/or claims examiners
• Maintain set quality standards ensuring tasks are resolved and documented in a timely and accurate manner
• Create, process and pay invoices.
• Process, package and mail checks to insureds and vendors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving, time management and organizational skills
• Data entry skills and working knowledge of MS Office (i.e.: Outlook, Word, Excel)
