DUTIES
The Gift Shop Attendant provides customer-oriented service while operating the cash register, assisting customers with merchandise choices, assisting residents as needed while shopping and resolving customer service issues. Also is responsible for preparing breakfast and lunch items such as omelets, sandwiches, salads, soups. Also prepares malts and desserts. Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task are required.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires an individual who is able to present a positive, friendly, customer-oriented image to customers. Experience with elderly is preferred.
