Job Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and control systems.
- Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to coordinate service appointments and project timelines.
- Complete service reports accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Proficient knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, components, and diagnostic tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- EPA certification and relevant trade certifications preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
