Qualifications:

* Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida.

* Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Registered Nurse.

* Strong clinical knowledge and skills in various areas of nursing, including medical-surgical, geriatrics, and home health.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

* Ability to work independently and make sound nursing judgments.

* Proficiency in documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using electronic medical records (EMR).

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to patients' homes.
