Position Summary:
The Associate Director, Workplace Equality Program contributes to major projects of the team's portfolio such as the fee for service training program, educational web series, online resource management and research on the experience of LGBTQ people at work. This portfolio includes substantial direct consultation with major employers on LGBTQ -inclusive policies, benefits and practices; development of major publications and accompanying resources; and development of strategies for expanding and refining these flagship programs. This position is responsible for the development and management of timely, accurate and robust resources to support the work of the program including employer and employee educational resources, best practice guidance, peer-to-peer network, story-telling resources, webinar library, and social and video campaigns. The Associate Director, Workplace Equality Program reports to the Senior Director, Workplace Equality Program.
