As a Production Machine Operator (also known as Equipment Technician, Production Associate), you'll be responsible for operating production machinery in line with quality procedures and standards. You'll produce assigned products, inspect parts, maintain a clean and safe work area, and adhere to safety requirements. This role is for a 3rd shift position, operating from 11pm-7:30am, Monday to Friday.

• No degree required, prior work experience is beneficial.
• Basic language skills: Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Intermediate reasoning skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Proficiency in G-Code, M-Code, Blueprint Reading, PLC Troubleshooting Skills, and Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans.
• Experience with CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), CNC Lathe (2-4 axis), Calipers and Micrometers, CNC Mill (5 axis VMC), CNC Lathe (5 axis) (Doosan), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Fanuc), Conveyor Systems, and CNC Swiss Lathe (Star).
• Physical ability to engage in constant movement and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Close Vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less).
