Mid Atlantic Health Services, provides staffing for different assisted living facilities. We are currently hiring for a live-in caregiver for an assisted living facility in West Baltimore.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care and support to individuals in need
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Assist with meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary needs are met
• Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of memory care techniques and strategies
• Familiarity with medication administration protocols
• Understanding of resident rights and the importance of maintaining dignity and privacy
• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid; CMT Certification Required; CNA/GNA Preferred

5 Years experience required.
