Silotech Group is actively seeking a proficient GRC Analyst to enhance and sustain our IT/Security and quality management initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to a broad range of industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27000, ISO 20000, CMMI Dev3, DFARS 171, and CMMC. The GRC Analyst will collaborate extensively with Program Managers and Operation Managers to promote process enhancements and maintain our commitment to quality and security.

Essential Role and Responsibilities

• Policy Development and Maintenance: Craft, implement, and uphold policies and procedures that align with ISO 9001, ISO 27000, ISO 20000, CMMI Dev3, DFARS 171, and CMMC standards.
• Compliance Audits and Reviews: Perform regular audits and management reviews to verify continuous compliance with standards and regulatory mandates.
• Incident Response Improvement: Facilitate and engage in tabletop exercises to refine incident response and compliance tactics.
• Process Improvement Collaboration: Partner with Program and Operation Managers to pinpoint and capitalize on opportunities for process enhancement, augmenting overall operational effectiveness.
• Documentation and Evidence Gathering: Assemble evidence and construct detailed diagrams to back compliance and certification endeavors.
• Training and Awareness: Lead training sessions and awareness programs to educate employees on compliance requirements and quality management systems.
• Regulatory Monitoring: Keep abreast of changes in relevant legislation and standards that might influence the organization’s compliance and certifications.
• Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports and presentations for senior management to evaluate the effectiveness of the compliance and quality management systems.
• Technology and Compliance Alignment: Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure technological practices are in compliance with all requirements.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Demonstrated experience in a GRC role, specifically focusing on quality management systems.
• Profound knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27000, ISO 20000, CMMI Dev3, DFARS 171, and CMMC standards.

Skills

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
• Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
