Invision Sally Jobe (ISJ) is a network of imaging centers built and managed through a partnership between Radiology Imaging Associates and HealthOne. Our imaging centers are conveniently located throughout the South Denver area and offer a variety of exams using state of the art equipment. Our services include MRI, CT, digital mammography, ultrasound, pain management, DXA, X-Ray, and image guided biopsies. Our mission is to improve the health of patients in the communities we serve by proving them with the highest quality imaging and associated medical care.
Summary of Position: Under the guidance of the Regional Manager, this position will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of assigned site(s) including all aspects of operations, customer service and staffing management. Monitors daily site workflow to ensure volumes are being met, patients are assisted in a timely fashion and staffing needs are being met.
Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for hiring, orientation, training, mentoring and performance management of site staff.
• Ensures staff and patient schedules are effectively managed according to business needs and availability of employees to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensures appropriate quality assurance scans are being conducted and that all technologists are compliant with modality specific Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assists in trouble shooting technical or building issues to determine if a service call is appropriate.
• Assists staff with patient care or customer service issues.
• Handles and resolves various employee questions and issues while ensuring general facility operations and patient relations are handled effectively. Identifies and resolves problems to ensure quality patient service; facilitates problem resolution, communicates and acts as liaison between Invision Sally Jobe and physician offices.
• Responsible for setting measurable performance goals and objectives for all employees and evaluating all employees along with recommending merit increases as well as disciplinary action.
• Ensures that office space, supplies, and equipment are provided and maintained appropriately for physicians, staff and patient care.
• Acts as first point of contact for communication with other departments within the organization.
• Acts as a liaison between staff and upper management to create actionable improvement plans.
• Acts as first point of contact for patient/customer service issues.
• Budgeting knowledge and awareness for their designated site(s).
• Assists in providing volume projections for the site(s).
• Serves as site's safety liaison.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Manages registration/non-technical staff in the assigned site(s).
• Supervises technical staff in the assigned site(s).
• Responsible for effective selection, orientation, training, mentoring and motivation of staff.
• Evaluates staff performance and administers performance management program.
• Actively supports and demonstrate all aspects of the organization's core values.

Experience/Skill Requirements:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in healthcare preferred
• At least two (2) years previous supervisory experience is preferred
• Experience as a Mammographer or Breast Sonographer required
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent patient care skills
• Detail oriented
• Flexibility in hours and strong team leader
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to rotate to area sites (valid driver's license and reliable transportation)
• Basic understanding of Microsoft products
• Requires a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Education Requirements:

• Associate degree
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Graduate of AMA approved school with ARRT certification preferred
• 3 years or more experience in field of medical imaging

Compensation for this role is between $60,000 and $106,000 based on experience.
In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Invision Sally Jobe's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position will receive applications on an ongoing basis and will remain open until filled.
