Arbitrate if necessary the balance of resources/capacity. Pilots the LTI indicator (Lead Time Indus) and the associated outputs. · In the event of qualification as a training school site for practical training courses, the annual resources requested by the LCM are quantified locally and provisioned. · For each PMPM2 project of their portfolio, manage and/or as a referent, guarantees the application of the PMPM2 Quality Planning approach locally by the project managers. · Contributes to the weekly, monthly and annual monitoring of the performance of their site activity. · As a Method referent, leads or participates in advanced tools, Quality or problem solving (FMEA, Audit, ADEQUA...), and according to the cases treated, in collaboration with their Local or Central partners. · As a representative of the Industrialization metier of their activity site, participates in operational networks of business lines, performance, progress... (RDM networks, Dedicated Plant Team, Networks of the metier of their team,...). · As a member of the local GQA team, can replace its partner managers in their daily activities, excluding team management. WHAT YOU WILL BRING · Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with external partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues at all levels of the organization. · Strong teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills. · Effective problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and process/product relationship knowledge. · B.S. degree in scientific field and 5-10 years’ experience in process engineering or quality control manufacturing environment.
