Our customers are the most important part of our business. A customer may come in to purchase a treat, but the entire Michele’s Pies experience should be a treat! Our counter help position is primarily a customer service position; therefore, it is your job to make sure a customer leaves Michele’s Pies satisfied and full of knowledge about the product.

We are looking for someone who wants to become an expert in running the customer service aspect of the business. Basic math skills are required, as well as the ability to follow directions.

Standard shift times range from 9:00AM-6:00PM, Tuesday -Sunday, however occasionally work outside this time will be required.

Responsibilities of this position include:

-Helping customers

-Taking orders in person and over the phone

-Answering phone calls, redirecting them as appropriate

-Restocking product/product presentation

-Communicating product inventory with the shift supervisor

-Maintaining a clean front of the store

-Packaging product for sale

-Packing orders

-Packing farmers market

-Occasionally setting up and manning farmers market booths

-Participating in the Michele's Pies team

Physical requirements:

-Ability to go up and down stairs

-Ability to lift trays up to 30 pounds

-Ability to stand for entirety of shift (10 hours)

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
