Our ideal candidate would have Commercial Low Slope and Residential Roofing sales and project management experience, can work effectively in a collaborative, team-based company and has a proven record of consistently meeting sales goals and objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Outside direct sales position

• Direct customer communication throughout the claim and roofing process
• Communicate with vendors and sub-contractors

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid driver’s license
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Ability to use a smartphone
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to climb on roofs
• Personally, driven and self-motivated
• Sales experience in the commercial construction market selling products/services to property management companies, asset managers, REIT’s, insurance agents, building owners, architects, developers, engineering firms, and general contracting firms.

Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: Base Salary $50,000 plus commission

Expected salary & commission compensation 1st year $100,000 plus
