Macdonald and Company are partnered with a one of the world's most prestigious developers.They are a fully integrated development company with in-house expertise in design, financing, development, construction, marketing and sales. Established in the 1900's, they have developed highly successful residential communities throughout the US and will continue with a robust pipeline.Upcoming projects include Highrise, Midrise, Podium and Wrap deals with many of them being a part of large mixed-use developments.This role is not a typical 'Senior Project Manager' position as you will also have the ability to run some projects in an 'Owners Rep' capacity when they are built by a 3rd party GC.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Coordinate each project with Development Partner, Development Manager and Design ManagerOversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractorsSelect tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.Meet contractual conditions of performance.Review the work progress on daily basis.Preparing construction updates, cost estimates, budget updates, change orders and change order reports for 3rd party GC dealsControl full estimating and scheduling dutiesReview drawingsAdminister change orders and contractor progress paymentsControl project documentation and historical data regarding constructionEncourage a safe working environment.In house projects include PM's oversite for both Safety and their Quality Control Program administered by field staff and 3rd party safety consultants.LocationHoustonSalary$140000 - $165000Job TypePermanentReference64075
