Their project work consists of educational buildings, senior living, apartment complexes, healthcare, and large scale commercial. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team as a leader.

Description

Reporting directly into the President, the main duties and responsibilities of the Project Director will include the following:

• Manage and maintain client relations.
• Oversee the Project Management team. Ensuring complete success of projects from concept to completion.
• Mentor and develop Project Management team.
• Create project budgets and schedules in line with project time-line
• Perform consistent client meetings. Presenting proposals and communicating updates on project work.
• Communicate openly with field crew and management.
• Conduct periodic site visits

Profile

The successful applicant for the role as a Project Director will have the following technical skills:

• Degree in Construction Management or similar degree.
• 15-20 years of construction industry experience
• 8 years of Project Management experience.
• Must have Commercial/Building Construction experience
• Experience managing larger scale construction projects ($20M )
• Experience leading and developing project teams
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in technology & common pm software's including PlanGrid, Timerberline, Sage Accounting, FastTrack and Excel.
• Willing to be a team lead & mentor to junior team members.

Job Offer

• Salary of to $140,000 - $180,000 depending on overall experience and skill-set
