iWorld Professionals is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our client in Springfield, NJ. If you are interested in working for a well-established construction company that is a leader across many industries, serving clients throughout the northeast US, then this is the position for you!

The Construction Project Manager will:

  • Estimate project work and kick off new projects with the team.
  • Support the project bidding process.
  • Build a project plan to track the activities to ensure the project is on time and within budget parameters set at the start
  • Participate in the quote and RFP process and submit to new customers Understand the submittal process.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules and communicate with key team members and leaders.
  • Communicate internally and externally with contractors, customers, vendors, and other management throughout the project.

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Minimum three (3) years of construction industry experience
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic construction work environment
  • Experience in managing projects with high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and accept responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Ability to work onsite in New Jersey
