Job Description

The MEP / VDC Engineer will be responsibilities :

• Provide technical and modeling support to project teams throughout all project phases
• Coordinate technological collaboration between project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients
• Develop and update BIMs for Business Development and project teams
• Maintain project files and CAD / BIM standards
• Extract quantities and Automated Bill of Materials information from BIMs
• Link / embed information to BIMs for project handover
• Develop, document, and present best practices for the Project Services Group
• Perform other assigned projects and duties

The Successful Applicant

The right MEP / VDC Engineer will have :

• 2-5 years experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related preferred
• Ideally Healthcare / Labs or Academic project experience
• Ideally has Procore experience
• Strong written and organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
