Description

The APM is responsible for:

• RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, etc.
• Assisting up to 4 PMS on multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding and implementing construction principles, techniques and procedures
• Attending weekly project meetings as needed
• Reporting to Project Manager

Profile

The right APM will have:

• 2 years of related APM experience working with a Commercial GC
• Experience working as an APM on Healthcare, Commercial, Life science projects (preferred)
• Proficiency in Procore
• Construction related Bachelors Degree
