Client Details

Our client has been a namesake in the Carolinas for 25 years. Projects range from wood-frame to concrete, structural steel, tilt up, and typically value between $10-40 million each.

Description

• Assist in the coordination of all on-site construction progress
• Assist the Lead Superintendent in managing all subcontractors
• Ensure the project is being completed according to budget & schedule
• Track daily reports
• Communicate regularly with the Project Management team
• Other duties as assigned

Profile

• 1 year of construction experience
• Strengths must include scheduling & quality control
• Preference for previous commercial project experience
• Experience with ProCore construction software preferred
• Positive attitude, punctual, great communication skills
