What You’ll Do: Provide administration and support for Michael Kors infrastructure supporting software. Tier 1 – VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, Ivanti LANDesk, Commvault, Office365 Tier 2 – Citrix, SIEM products, Firewall and Anti-Virus, Web filtering Administration of compute and storage platforms: Cisco UCS, Dell EMC Unity and VMAX, Lenovo server hardware platforms Cisco and Brocade storage fabric switch configuration and maintenance Active Directory administration across multiple sites globally Work with support staff to address all reported and proactively detected technical issues Proactively look for ways to improve administration, monitoring, and standard operating procedures Plan, create and deploy security policies for systems and workstations Monitor and track incidents and trouble calls in a service desk ticketing system in support of the incident and problem management process; recognize high priority tickets and take action to remediate within the agreed upon SLA's Monitoring of infrastructure and responding to alerts within the environment during and off-business hours Willingness to travel for support and project-based duties You’ll Need to Have: 4 years of experience supporting Windows Server OS – Windows 2008 to Windows 2019 versions 3 years of experience diagnosing and correcting issues related to hardware and software 3 years of VMware vCenter and ESXi hosts administration SAN Administration; perform storage code updates; LUN and host access management Experience with Desktop/Server support, including support related to Window OS, E-mail, Microsoft Office applications and on-prem Active Directory and Azure AD Strong skills in Microsoft Active Directory design and administration Fundamental knowledge of network connectivity and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent interpersonal skills that promote a positive team environment and the support of international teams. Self–starter, Attention to detail, Strong organizational and follow-up abilities Familiar with PowerShell scripting and automation of admin functions Prior experience with vulnerability remediation and system hardening for servers and user endpoints. Administration of Certificates: Windows Certificates, Certificate Authority, and 3rd Party Certificates Candidate must be flexible to support the needs of the organization. Off hours and weekend support should be taken into consideration We’d Love to See: Prior involvement supporting Cloud technologies including Azure and AWS. Experience with Active Directory upgrades, migrations and Office 365 implementations. VMware SRM and Disaster Recovery. Familiarity with SQL server.
