Revenue Cycle Manager

EviDent Alliance is a doctor-owned, doctor-led multi-disciplinary dental group based in the Puget Sound region. Our goal is to allow dentists to be great dentists by efficiently managing the daily business activities of each practice and allowing the dentists to concentrate on patient care. We are currently seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager. This position is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle process within the EviDent organization. This includes managing billing, collections, insurance coordination, and developing strong financial policies around these areas to ensure optimal revenue generation and financial performance. This role requires a deep understanding of the revenue cycle, leadership acumen, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare financial landscapes. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of the strategic vision for the revenue cycle department
  • Alignment of the revenue cycle goals with the organization's financial objectives and mission
  • Establish and enforce effective financial policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, billing codes, and industry standards
  • Supervise and lead billing and coding
  • Monitor billing operations to optimize revenue generation and accuracy
  • Oversee interactions with insurance providers to ensure timely reimbursement
  • Address and resolve complex insurance-related issues and denials
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective insurance collections
  • Coordinate patient collection efforts with Care Center staff
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable, implementing best practices for reducing outstanding balances
  • Be a key member team and contribute to the implementation of a new practice management system
  • Optimize the use of electronic health records (EHR) and billing systems
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial data
  • Generate comprehensive reports to guide decision-making and identify areas for improvement
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Substantial experience in revenue cycle management within a healthcare setting
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) and insurance practices

The anticipated salary range for this position is $80k-$100k annually. Final salary will be determined based on several factors including maintaining the integrity and equity of our current internal wage scales as well as qualifying attributes of applicant.
